is frequently used on bathing suits and most body wear. It is also capable of
gathering.
This is a lock stitch
single needle machine. We use a number of these for the hemming flags.
This cover stitch
machine is set up for 2 needle top stitch. You can see the chain stitch on the
flip side.

cover stitch machine helps the appearance of sweatshirts and many other garments
with 3 needle top & bottom cover stitch.
This cover
stitch machine is set up for binding.
Blind
stitch is still used occasionally, but currently, cover stitch and single needle
is called on more frequently in the spec sheets.
The
main purpose in life for this "feed off the arm" machine is for neck binding on
T-shirts.
This
"feed off the arm" machine is for the inseam of jeans.
This
Yamato multi-needle is set up for three lines of top stitching on waistbands.
This
multi-needle will do four lines of top stitching.
