· After designing your product, patterns and grading are completed & tested, we can put it into production (cutting & sewing). We feel that good communication is why our quality products are turning out to be exactly what our clients want. We have been in business since 1/1/1994, mainly doing Body wear, Bathing suits, and sportswear, but a variety of garment and non-garment cutting and sewing is always part of our W.I.P. here.
· We are cutting and sewing contractors. Our customers bring us their samples, graded patterns, fabric & trims and we produce their product. We do not offer the service of sample making, patterns or grading. The samples we make here are production samples, which we make between the cutting and sewing of your order. They are made for your approval prior to your order going on the sewing floor.
We have recently up graded our marker making process with help from Gerber Technologies. We are using Gerber AccuMark, so if your patterns are made using pattern making software, Gerber AccuMark Supports AAMA (American Apparel Manufacturers Association) and ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials) standards and [DXF, HPGL, JPEG, EMF AND BMP FILE TYPES.
